Submissions must relate to the mission of More Than Human — building community and fostering education around the natural world. This includes nature education programs, ecology events, guided outdoor experiences, workshops, classes, meetups, and other initiatives that connect people with the living world around them. Submissions that do not align with this focus may not be published.
By submitting content, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge, that you have the right to share any text, images, or media included in your submission, and that your submission does not infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. More Than Human is not responsible for any claims arising from submitted content.
You retain full copyright of any content you submit. By submitting, you grant More Than Human a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, share, and promote your submission on this website and its associated social media pages. This license does not transfer ownership of your work.
More Than Human reserves the right to lightly edit submissions for formatting, length, grammar, or clarity. Listings are intended to provide a concise overview and direct your audience to your organization’s website for full details and registration. Any edits will not alter the meaning or intent of your submission. If more substantial changes are needed, we will reach out before publishing. Images and media may be cropped or resized for display on the website or social media pages. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve the integrity and context of any visual content provided.
More Than Human will not publish any personal information included in your submission, such as your name, email address, or phone number. Only event-relevant information will be posted publicly — including the event title, description, date, location, and links to your organization’s website or registration page. Your contact information will be kept on file solely for the purpose of following up with questions about your submission and will not be shared with third parties.
All submissions are reviewed within approximately one week of receipt. You will be notified if your submission is accepted, if we have questions, or if it does not meet our content guidelines.
You may request removal of your listing at any time by contacting us at [your email address]. Please include the event title and submission date in your request. We aim to honor all removal requests within 5 business days. Please note that once content has been shared publicly, copies may persist temporarily in search engine caches, social media shares, or third-party archives outside of our control. We cannot guarantee removal from those external sources but will remove it from the More Than Human website and social pages promptly.
